When beginning to work, we try to capture the entire picture of the project. Once we (Tancher and its client) understand the final goal of the project, we apply the latest technology to make it happen. As a result, you get a document outlining a complete understanding of the every aspect of the project: Feasibility Study After you have a complete picture we start creating: Design concept Working scenarios Application design documents And finally you see the whole system on paper. When you have a complete image of what you will have at the end of the day, then we can be sure that we will do the rest of our job in the right direction: Mechanical design Electrical engineering PCB design Firmware OS porting Application building Server software building (if needed) While working on this, we don't leave you waiting in the dark. For your convenience and for better project transparency, we make you a part of the project management team. After all, you are the boss! This is why we need you to be a major part of the decision making process for the following stages: Mock-up with proto SW (you see what functions will be completed by all parts of the system) Prototype I with alpha SW (a working stage that is used for the creative process of changing functions, appearance, buttons, colors, making changes in the whole system working scenario, etc) Prototype II with beta SW (what you hold in your hands is very close to the final system on the market - you can kick-off the marketing and sales process) Preproduction stage (a very complicated stage, but very important - you will see the logistics of all parts and will get a feeling of when and how your product will be released on the market) Production launch or system release - BINGO! Finally you have the product that you know completely! You have the feeling that you developed and produced it yourself! This is the thrill of the creative process that we want you to experience!
